Spec Consultation
We start with your application. What's the load? How is it handled — forklift, hand jack, conveyor? Does it need to fit specific racks, containers, or packaging dimensions? 30-minute call covers everything.
Drawing & Quote
Our production team generates a dimensional drawing and detailed quote within 24 hours. We confirm lumber species, deck board layout, stringer/block design, and any special treatments.
Approval
You approve the drawing and quote. We can send a prototype sample at our cost for orders over 500 units. Changes are free before production starts.
Production
Standard lead time is 10–14 business days from deposit. Rush production available for an additional fee. We produce in our Norwalk facility — not outsourced.
QA & Delivery
Every pallet is inspected before loading. We deliver to your dock with a packing list including dimensions, lumber species, treatment type, and unit count.

Provide your required dimensions (length × width × height), load rating needed, preferred lumber species, quantity, construction type (stringer or block), and any treatment requirements. We quote within 24 hours.
What is the lead time for custom-built pallets?
Standard custom pallet lead time is 10–14 business days from deposit receipt. Rush production is available for an additional fee. All production is completed in-house at our Norwalk, CT facility — not outsourced.
Can you build both block-style and stringer-style custom pallets?
Yes. We build both stringer and block construction pallets in any size, with options for notching, chamfering, double-face decks, reversible designs, and any lumber species you specify.
Do custom pallets qualify for ISPM-15 heat treatment?
Yes. Heat treatment for export compliance (ISPM-15) is available on all custom orders. We apply our registered IPPC mark after kiln processing and provide treatment documentation for each shipment.
What is the minimum order for custom-built pallets?
Custom pallets require a 50-unit minimum for standard orders. Pricing improves significantly at 250+ units. For orders of 500+, we offer our best-tier custom pricing with dedicated production scheduling.
