Since 2008, Norwalk Pallets has supplied businesses across the Tri-State area with consistent, fairly graded pallets at predictable prices. Whether you need 50 Grade B pallets for a warehouse restock or 5,000 custom-built units for an export contract, we stock it, grade it, and deliver it on our own trucks.
We are not a broker. Every pallet we sell has been inspected, graded, and staged at our facility at 319 Wilson Ave, Norwalk CT. When you place an order, you are buying from the same team that repaired, sorted, and loaded your pallets. That end-to-end accountability is what separates us from the pallet middlemen.

How to Order — 4 Simple Steps
Our ordering process is designed to be fast and frictionless. Most customers go from initial inquiry to confirmed delivery in under 24 hours.
Tell Us What You Need
Call (203) 840-8008, email [email protected], or submit our quick online form. Provide your grade preference (A, B, or C), size (48x40 standard GMA or custom), quantity, and delivery zip code. If you are not sure which grade you need, that is fine — our team will walk you through the options and recommend the most cost-effective fit for your application.
Get Your Quote in 2 Hours
A Norwalk Pallets team member will confirm current stock levels, verify your spec, calculate delivery logistics, and send a written quote within 2 business hours — usually sooner. Our quotes include a full cost breakdown: unit price, delivery fee (if applicable), and any volume discount applied. Quotes are valid for 5 business days.
Confirm & Schedule Delivery
Approve the quote by email, phone, or through our portal and select your preferred delivery window (AM or PM). We schedule within your availability and confirm 24 hours ahead with a driver ETA. Standing-order customers can lock in a recurring day and time slot for hands-free replenishment.
Delivery to Your Dock
We deliver on our own trucks — no third-party carrier surprises. The count is verified at delivery against the packing list. If there is a grading concern, our driver addresses it on the spot or arranges a same-day replacement. You sign a simple delivery receipt and you are done.

8 Reasons to Buy From Us
In-Stock Inventory, Always
We maintain 15,000–25,000 pallets on our yard at any given time across all grades. When you order, your pallets are already here — not being sourced from a broker network. This is why we can quote in 2 hours and deliver in 1–3 days.
Our Own Trucks — Real Accountability
We do not use freight brokers. Our eight-truck fleet delivers directly from our yard to your dock. Our drivers know the routes, know the customers, and take personal responsibility for every load. When something goes wrong, you call us — not a dispatcher in another state.
Consistent Grading Standards
Every pallet we sell is graded by our trained team against NWPCA standards before it leaves the yard. Grade A means Grade A. You will not open a load of supposed #1 pallets and find a pile of C-grade wood. We stake our reputation on grading accuracy.
Flexible Quantities — No Truckload Minimums
Many pallet brokers require full truckloads (400–500 units). We sell as few as 50 units for used pallets and 25 units for plastic. Small and mid-size businesses get the same product quality and service as enterprise accounts.
17+ Years in Business (Est. 2008)
Norwalk Pallets has operated continuously from 319 Wilson Ave, Norwalk CT since 2008. We have weathered recessions, supply shortages, and lumber price swings. Our longevity is proof that we deliver on our promises year after year.
Eco-First Operations
We are Connecticut's eco-first pallet company. Every pallet we sell comes from a zero-landfill facility. When you buy from us, your supply chain gets a sustainability upgrade: repaired pallets, recycled material, and biomass energy — not dumpster waste.
Full-Service Pallet Partner
We are not just a pallet seller. We buy back your surplus, repair your damaged inventory, recycle your end-of-life wood, and deliver on our own trucks. One vendor, one relationship, one invoice — across every pallet need your operation has.
Transparent, Predictable Pricing
Our quotes include everything: unit price, volume discount, delivery fee (or free delivery confirmation), and payment terms. No hidden surcharges, no fuel adjustments billed after the fact, no surprise fees. What we quote is what you pay.
What Our Customers Say
“We switched to Norwalk Pallets after our previous supplier shorted us three orders in a row. In two years with Norwalk, we have never had a count discrepancy and every load has matched the grade we ordered. Their consistency is outstanding.”
Maria S.
Warehouse Manager
Regional food distributor, Fairfield County
“The standing-order program has been a game changer for us. Every Tuesday morning, 200 Grade B pallets show up at our dock without us lifting a finger. Our production never waits on pallets anymore. The pricing is fair and the drivers are professional.”
David R.
Operations Director
Contract packaging firm, Stamford CT
“We needed 4,000 custom-sized pallets for an automotive parts contract with a 3-week deadline. Norwalk Pallets built samples within 48 hours, nailed the spec on the first try, and delivered the full order in 18 days. Most suppliers would not have even quoted that timeline.”

Tier 2 automotive supplier, Bridgeport CT
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the most popular pallet you sell?
The GMA 48x40 Grade B used pallet is our highest-volume product by a wide margin. It offers the best balance of cost and durability for most warehouse and shipping applications. Roughly 60% of all pallets we sell are Grade B 48x40.
What is the difference between Grade A, B, and C?
Grade A (#1) pallets are like-new: clean wood, tight nails, no cracks. They are suitable for export and retail. Grade B (#2) pallets show moderate wear and may have minor repairs but are fully structural — they handle the same loads as Grade A at a lower price. Grade C (Economy) pallets have heavy wear and limited remaining life, best for one-way shipments or floor stacking.
Do you sell heat-treated (HT) pallets for export?
Yes. All of our new pallets are heat-treated and stamped to ISPM-15 phytosanitary standards, which is required for international shipping to most countries. We also carry select used HT pallets when available — ask about current inventory.
Can you build custom-sized pallets?
Absolutely. We build custom pallets to any dimension, load rating, and design specification. Common custom requests include 48x48, 42x42, 60x48, and oversized pallets for industrial equipment. Minimum order is 100 units for custom builds, with prototype samples available by request.
What is your minimum order quantity?
For used Grade A and B pallets, the minimum is 50 units. Grade C economy pallets have a 100-unit minimum since they are sold in bulk. New pallets start at 100 units, and plastic pallets start at 25 units. Smaller quantities can be arranged with a delivery surcharge.
How quickly can you deliver?
For in-stock products, standard delivery is 1–3 business days depending on your location. Same-day delivery is available in Connecticut for orders placed before 9 AM, subject to truck availability. Standing-order customers receive delivery on their chosen recurring day each week or month.
Do you deliver outside Connecticut?
Yes. We regularly deliver to Southern New York (Westchester, Putnam, Dutchess, Orange, Rockland counties), Western Massachusetts (Hampden, Hampshire, Worcester counties), and Rhode Island (Providence, Kent counties). For locations outside our direct fleet range, we partner with trusted LTL carriers.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), ACH bank transfer, wire transfer, and company checks. Net-30 payment terms are available for qualifying businesses after credit approval. Standing-order customers receive monthly consolidated invoicing.
Can I return pallets if they do not meet my expectations?
Yes. If any pallets do not match the quoted grade upon delivery, our driver will address the issue on the spot — either replacing the units or adjusting the invoice. For issues discovered after delivery, contact us within 48 hours and we will arrange a swap or credit.
Do you offer pallet buyback or exchange programs?
Yes. Many of our customers use our pallet exchange program: we deliver fresh pallets and simultaneously pick up surplus or damaged pallets for buyback credit or recycling. This keeps your yard clean and offsets your pallet costs. See our Sell Pallets and Transport pages for details.
