The Exchange Program — In Detail
Our pallet exchange program is one of the most popular services among high-volume clients. It combines delivery and buyback pickup in a single efficient truck visit.
How It Works
Schedule your standard pallet delivery as normal — specify exchange on the order.
Our driver arrives with your fresh pallets and a count sheet for the exchange.
Surplus, damaged, or used pallets are loaded onto the same truck for return.
Our team inspects returned pallets and grades them for repair, recycling, or buyback.
A single net invoice covers both the delivery and the exchange credit — pay or receive the difference.
Benefits
One truck visit handles two transactions — saves time and dock access
Net invoicing simplifies accounting — one line item, not two
Keeps your facility clear of pallet surplus and clutter
Damaged pallets go directly into our repair program
Buyback credit offsets your pallet costs every month
Environmentally responsible — pallets stay in the cycle
Exchange Pricing
Exchange pricing is based on pallet grade upon return. Grade A pallets receive full buyback credit. Grade B and C pallets receive partial credit. Unrepairable pallets are recycled at no charge. Net settlement appears on your next invoice.
Our Delivery Guarantees
We don't just promise good service — we back it with specific, written guarantees.
On-Time Guarantee
If we miss your confirmed delivery window without prior notice, your next delivery fee is waived. We hit 96% on-time — and we stand behind the other 4%.
Count Accuracy
Every load is double-counted at our warehouse before departure. If the delivered count doesn't match your order, we correct it within 24 hours at no charge.
Grade Accuracy
Pallets are graded and inspected before loading. If any pallet doesn't meet the ordered grade spec, we replace it on the next available delivery — free.
Damage-Free Delivery
Our drivers are trained in proper load securing and careful unloading. If pallets arrive damaged due to transit, full replacement at no cost.

The more you order, the more you save on delivery. Our volume programs reward consistent customers with free delivery, dedicated drivers, and priority scheduling.

Delivery FAQs
Do you charge for delivery?
Orders over 250 units within 50 miles of Norwalk ship free. Smaller orders or longer distances have a flat delivery fee — quoted upfront.
Can I request a specific delivery window?
Yes. We offer AM (7am–12pm) and PM (12pm–5pm) windows. Specific time ranges can be accommodated for larger accounts on standing routes.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Saturday delivery is available by special arrangement for time-sensitive situations. Sunday delivery is not standard.
What if I need to change my delivery date?
Changes accepted with 24-hour notice at no charge. Same-day changes are subject to availability.
Can you deliver to multiple locations in one trip?
Yes. Multi-stop deliveries are available and often cost-effective vs. separate orders.
Additional Delivery FAQs
What happens if my delivery is late?
If we miss your confirmed window without advance notice, your next delivery fee is waived under our on-time guarantee. We also investigate every late delivery internally.
Can I track my delivery in real time?
Direct real-time tracking is available for standing-order clients. All other customers receive 24-hour advance notice, ETA notifications, and a 30-minute pre-arrival call.
Do your drivers unload the pallets?
Yes. Our drivers handle all unloading using forklift or liftgate. You don't need to provide equipment, though dock access with forklift speeds things up.
What if nobody is available at my dock when the driver arrives?
The driver will wait up to 15 minutes and attempt to reach you by phone. If no contact is made, the delivery is returned and rescheduled. A re-delivery fee may apply.
Do you deliver to construction sites or outdoor locations?
Yes. Our flatbed trucks are ideal for job-site deliveries. We can drop pallets on level ground without a dock. Just confirm ground conditions in advance.
Is there a minimum order for delivery?
Minimum order depends on your delivery zone. Zone 1 (local) starts at 50 pallets. Full details are in our delivery zone table above.
Can I combine a pallet purchase with a buyback pickup?
Absolutely — that's our pallet exchange program. One truck visit handles both the fresh delivery and surplus pickup, with net invoicing.
How far in advance should I schedule a delivery?
Standard deliveries require 1–3 business days lead time. Same-day is available with a 9am order cutoff. Standing orders are pre-scheduled.
What size truck will come to my location?
Dispatch selects the truck based on order size and dock accessibility. If you have tight access, let us know — we have 26 ft straight trucks for tighter spaces.
Do you offer delivery to residential addresses?
We primarily serve commercial and industrial locations. Residential delivery may be possible on a case-by-case basis with a site assessment. Contact us to discuss.
